1 Purpose of This Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the rules that apply to all users of GoldDonate, including fundraisers, donors and anyone creating, managing or supporting campaigns.

2 Prohibited Campaigns

The following types of campaigns are not allowed:
  • Illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities;
  • Money laundering or concealment of funds;
  • Violence, weapons or extremist causes;
  • Gambling, betting or speculative investment schemes;
  • Drug-related activities or controlled substances;

4 Fundraiser Responsibilities

Fundraisers must:

5 Donor Responsibilities

Donors must:

  • Respect platform rules and community standards.

6 Platform Integrity

Users must not interfere with platform operations, security systems or other users’ ability to access the platform. Activities intended to harm, overload or disrupt services are prohibited.
