Story

Students living in provinces bordering Thailand face serious educational challenges. Many families depend on unstable incomes from agriculture or cross-border labor. Poverty, migration, and past conflict impacts have made it difficult for parents to support school expenses such as uniforms, books, transportation, and exam fees.

As a result, many students are at high risk of dropping out of school, especially at secondary and high school levels.

When students drop out, they often enter low-paid labor or migrate for work at a young age. This limits their future opportunities and continues the cycle of poverty. Communities lose potential teachers, health workers, and skilled professionals needed for local development.

Education is the strongest protection against child labor, early marriage, and unsafe migration.

The purpose of this project is to provide financial and educational support through scholarships so that students in border provinces can stay in school, complete their education, and develop skills for a better future.

The scholarship program will provide:

  • School tuition and registration fees

  • Uniforms, shoes, and school bags

  • Textbooks and learning materials

  • Transportation or boarding support (if needed)

  • Monthly education allowance

  • Mentorship and academic follow-up

  • Life-skills and career guidance sessions

This project will support 300 students per year, from primary to high school levels, across four border provinces.

Through this scholarship program, students will:

  • Complete their education

  • Reduce school dropout rates

  • Gain skills for employment or higher education

  • Avoid unsafe migration and child labor

  • Become role models in their communities

  • Contribute to local and national development

A scholarship is more than financial support—it is hope. Your donation keeps a student in school, protects their future, and changes the direction of an entire family. One act of generosity can create a lifetime of opportunity.

Education today builds peace and prosperity tomorrow.
