- Use of funds and expected outcomes;
- Images, videos and media directly related to the campaign;
- Updates that reflect current progress.
3 Verification Requests
GoldDonate may require fundraisers to verify:- Identity and location;
- Organizational or business details;
- Beneficiary information;
- Accuracy of campaign claims or supporting documents;
- Authority to raise funds on behalf of another person or group.
4 Monitoring Platform Activity
GoldDonate may monitor:- Campaign content and updates;
- Donation activity and patterns;
- User interactions, comments and messages;
- Profile details and fundraising behavior.
5 Integrity Reviews
GoldDonate may review a campaign when:- Information is inconsistent or unclear;
- Reports from donors or users are received;
- Donation patterns appear unusual;
- Policy or legal concerns arise;
- Payment partners request verification or details.
6 Platform Manipulation
The following behaviors are prohibited:- Artificially inflating donation counts or amounts;
- Fake campaigns or misleading descriptions;
- Coordinated manipulation of campaign performance;
- Misuse of multiple accounts or false identities.
7 Beneficiary Protection
Fundraisers must accurately represent beneficiaries and obtain any required consent when raising funds on behalf of another individual, organization or group.8 Donor Transparency

9 Holds, Limits & Removal

- Removing campaigns that fail to meet platform standards.
